Compensation: $23.10/hr

Principal Accountabilities
- Must be capable of documenting all assigned and unassigned work
- Must be able to complete all Cargill’s qualified training courses as required
- Must be able to take direction and work under the guidance of a mentor
- Must be willing to perform routine tasks under the direction of the mentor
- Must be able to follow direction from supervisors and managers and when applicable be able to make and explain independent decisions
- Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment
- Follow all company policies and plant policies
- Work on equipment properly LOTO, verified deenergized, and verified purged of all potential dangers
- Basic steam, air, and refrigeration logs after appropriate training
- Minor troubleshooting on de-energized equipment
- Any other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in production or plant environment (example: assembly line or manufacturing work)
