Specialist - Digital & Data
Job Purpose and Impact
The Specialist – Digital & Data will be aligned to Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business in India. You will execute the defined digital marketing strategy and business plan for the Dairy Feed business within the assigned one or more digital channels, explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values and partner cross functionally to achieve business goals. In this role, you will apply your general knowledge of digital platforms, systems and tools to develop content for a digital presence.
Key Accountabilities
• Lead moderately complex digital marketing campaigns and several aspects of the execution plan, such as digital marketing campaign planning and execution, content creation and posting, web updates, campaign optimization, email marketing and digital channel integration.
• Support digital channel management through use of front-end interactive technologies, including usability, design, user interface and device strategy, facilitating an understanding of engagement metrics and providing regular moderately complex performance analysis.
• Perform moderately complex data, research and benchmarking techniques to support the marketing channels and customer touchpoint analysis.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences and reading specialist media.
• Track and analyze performance metrics across digital strategies and contribute to adjust approaches to drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
• Support the development of search engine optimization planning and activities to increase organic web traffic.
• Support the development and delivery of paid search, social media and display advertising.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Full time MBA with at least 4 years of experience post qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 2 years of digital marketing and business analytics experience (executing campaigns via social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.).
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience in the B2C sector. Exposure to the Dairy Feed sector is an added advantage.
• Experience in search engine optimization execution.
• Experience in website content execution.
