This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
Scopo del ruolo
Il manutentore meccanico riporta al Mechanical Superintendent di riferimento e si occupa delle attività di manutenzione meccanica di tutte le aree di stabilimento e dell’officina. Interverrà direttamente sulle macchine, revisionandole e riparandole in modo da mantenerne alta l’affidabilità. L’attività si svolgerà presso la nostra officina meccanica e direttamente in campo.
L’operatore effettuerà la manutenzione delle macchine secondo la priorità e nei tempi specificati nella schedulazione. Si interfaccerà con colleghi e supervisori per il rispetto delle procedure di manutenzione.
Principali responsabilità
- Riparazione delle macchine critiche e non
- Capacità del troubleshooting (analisi guasto)
- Allineamenti giunti e pulegge, su macchine (pompe, motori, riduttori, valvole dosatrici)
- Uso di attrezzature meccaniche (trapano a colonna, fresa, saldatrici, pressa idraulica, etc..)
- Uso di strumenti di misura (micrometri interni, esterni, comparatori, calibro)
- Piccole attività di saldatura ad elettrodo in officina e in area produttiva
- Sostituzione particolari meccanici (cinghie, cuscinetti, catene di trasmissione, cuscinetti, tenute, etc..)
Qualifiche
- Diploma come perito meccanico/meccatronico
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- Disponibilità alla reperibilità
- Buone capacità di relazione, flessibilità, adattabilità , velocità di apprendimento
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
