Job Summary
The Advisor, Data & Analytics Reporting job provides thought leadership in the development and implementation of data reporting and strategies to drive informed data decision making across the Deicing Solutions business. As a recognized subject matter expert in the field, this job develops data and analytics reporting processes to ensure the quality and accessibility of data insights. This job partners closely with business leaders to understand their needs, sees innovative opportunities and handles report governance to ensure consistency, compliance and data integrity. This job presents complex data insights to effectively deliver business outcomes while playing a strategic role in encouraging a data driven culture and improving the value of data for business growth and innovation.
Essential Functions
• STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Develops and implements highly complex strategy to support business objectives, providing insights, a future vision and plan and recommendations to senior management.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Cultivates positive relationships with key partners in Commercial and Finance to understand their data needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures reporting solutions address key objectives and are strategically integrated into business processes. (i.e. bid pricing reports, consolidated views across multiple years, cost to serve reporting)
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Leads ongoing efforts to improve data analysis and reporting practices and cultivates a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• DATA GOVERNANCE: Develops and executes reporting and analytics governance initiatives to ensure consistency, compliance, data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data reporting processes and outputs. Lead data and analytics modernization efforts.
• REPORTING & VISUALIZATION: Creates comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensures data visualizations effectively communicate insights and are user friendly, timely and aligned with business needs.
• BUDGET & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Handles the budget for the data analysis and reporting function to ensure resource allocation, optimize efficiency and meet goals within financial constraints.
• LITERACY: Builds and develops central initiatives to mature data consumption and analytics capabilities.
• TECHNOLOGY & TOOL SELECTION: Identifies, recommends and implements analytics and reporting tools to ensure the team has the most effective technology for data processing, visualization, and reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 years experience partnering with business stakeholders to establish reporting requirements and prioritizing requests based on value
• 6 years experience leading and executing data governance & stewardship (Customer, Product, Ingredient, etc.)
• 6 years experience creating reporting with structured and unstructured data sources with PowerBI, Tableau, Knime, Python, or SQL
• 6 years of experience leading and executing data operations (CRUD) processes
• Experience building or leading GenAI products(ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.)
• Experience with snowflake
• Experience leading data modernization initiatives

Additional Information
The expected salary for this position is $120,000-200,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
