Senior Consultant, Project Management - Ag & Trade
Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant Project Manager will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. Meanwhile this role will take care of portfolio management and analysis for Ag&Trading APAC team which includes providing the regular projects update and summary to business stakeholders, highlighting the key achievements or challenges in the period, etc.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
• Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the status of projects including resource spending, timing and staffing.
• Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Manage the integration
• Regular communication/updates on projects/portfolios/multiple stakeholders both regional and global.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Experience in SAP or trading will be a plus
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
