Job Purpose and Impact
The Print Center Customer Service Representative will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and producing print and graphic collateral materials for all Cargill-NA businesses, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving time and production issues. Ability to complete a print project from order receipt to finished delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer and co-worker demand, as well as other databases related to order receiving and inform appropriate staff of inventory level needs.
- Operate and maintain production printers and printshop bindery equipment to complete projects.
- Inform customers about project status, and other information needed to complete project.
- Provide support to projects to ensure they follow at least a minimum level of Cargill Brand compliance.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Ability to lift 50lb carton of paper.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in: InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in a print shop or copy center environment, using and maintaining production printers and bindery equipment.
Position Information
- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
- This is an onsite job in Wayzata, MN
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
- The expected salary for this position is $45,148.00 - $52,224.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
