Job Purpose And Impact

The Sr Support Analyst will perform a variety of complex support tasks related to expense reports. In this role, you will conduct processes using standard procedures and provide assistance to internal partners. The successful candidate will be part of Global T&E team responsible supporting the operations and month end activities   and ensuring compliance with global policies and standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Validate the accuracy of T&E receipts as part of the operational delivery.
  • Handle complex customer service inquiries from internal clients.
  • Well-versed in T&E processes and Policies
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Perform Expense Reports (Petty Cash - Auditing) and RemedyForce Revision. 
  • ER's posting into the ERP.
  • Perform Month end - activities. 
  • VAT Capturing for Tax Team.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor IN Accounting/Finance 
  • Minimum of two to three years of related work experience 
  • Strong accounting knowledge and hands on experience in SAP and JDE
  • T&E concur process knowledge 
  • Intermediate English proficiency 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with accounts payable/ TE
